Our Shipping Options
For effectiveness, Zuena offers various shipping options to chose from and base our delivery, We use different Courier companies who deliver overnight where they can around towns and cities in South Africa and abroad. This service is free for orders over a certain amount depending on the destination. Bellow are our shipping options:
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday and any time over the weekend are delivered around 3 working days for main centers and 5 working days for outlying areas. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. Should the Provider be unable to fulfill an order placed due to stock unavailability you will be entitled to a full refund.
Tracking and Receipt:
To follow your order, we will send you a tracking code in your confirmation email.
Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage.
